TU there excelsior. You have a good grasp of what is likely to occur. Though I wouldnt call the US particularly pro-business at the moment.
My preferred countries at the moment include Sweden (they have a libertarian finance minister doing some very interesting things we should copy!), Brazil, Cambodia and Burma.
Cambodia, is where the other Asian countries are going to get things built.
For Burma it is getting in on the ground floor in a strategically well-placed country that historically had a decent economy on a par with Thailand.
