Yes, yes YES Chrysalis! "independent and self sustaining economies"
We could start by getting rid of Canberra and having a much looser federation of states. Probably only defence and a co-operation centre for the police and judiciary. Devolve everything else back to the states.
But will we learn? Doubt it.
