    It is Carbon Dioxide. Not Carbon. You want Carbon reduction measures then go talk to Milne who apparently wants to de-carbonise the economy. Unfortunately, humans are carbon-based, though Milne may not be.

    The greatest risk is the one that costs the most and Labor's $23 per tonne tax going up to $29 per tonne is by far the greatest cost.

    You impose costs then you reduce profits. You reduce profits then you increase the risk of doing business.

    You make a habit of introducing major new taxes like this Government does then you increase the sovereign risk. It is not hard to work out.
