No grander plan to enter an ETS that may provide surity or direction to business.No actual plan for large emitters to confront their practises and reduce their carbon footprint. Nothing but an undirected tax slugg.
As far as the $25 a ton rate,the Greens want more and business wants far less.With these things we look to treasury for a guide.I dont know the future movements of carbon pricing,it may follow your projections down to $5.It may not.
