Hi all. Having been attacked repeatedly for some of my posts I decided to relinquish my right to post as I see fit until I notice that a couple of regulars seem to have gone out in sympathy with each other.
I have researched GGP for many years (11 I think).
Following the AGM in 2010 SG became the Chief Exec. At a later SH special meeting he advised that GGP was effectively broke with cash (from SH Cr's and Special raisings) being poured down the drain on projects that meant the company could never achieve a return. He had written off many projects being held on BS and had, principally started again.
    That was 2010 (late).
Then he announced what, in his opinion, was the game saver -
PB - this would be "öurs" and be the company maker.
Since then - more raisings etc.
Since then - you all know what has transpired - Eagle Ford and other dablings.
Since around January 2012 ALL the advice he has given to SH's about PB etc has been waylayed with lack of information.
One has to wonder if SG has had an attack of the old ways.
IMHO - all the recent research done by many people on this forum is wasted - why? Because the hyperthetical outcomes presented are purely that - guessing.
I am a 4million SH @ a much higher average price than probably many here - I can live with that. My decisions to average down over the past year or so suggests that I had strong belief in what SG has informed us.
I have no intention to sell.
However, I am quietly livid that our management have "allowed" our SP to lapse to this point - and it will take much more than many expect it will take to re-launch it back to the high 2's and upwards.
I do say - good luck to all - think we might need it!
