spoke to the company

I have spoken with the company (Joe Burke) and I thought I would give a rundown in addition to thrash’s post:

1) Garrison capital see this project as one of the best 3 Projects they have ever had and consider the results to date to make this project a real deal and not smoke and mirror
2) KN is a very nice guy and good geologist that still advices and contracts to the company but probably not the right MD to run Multy Millions Dollars Company
3) The company is on track to release the Jorc report as expected on the advice given to the Market previously.
4) A lot of interested parties/institutions engaged the company regarding capital investment/Cr and all are try to get it cheap (e.g. 5-6 cents) and VOR’s response was –“ we are not a charity organisation and previous CR was done at 6c before the KM project Discovery. Why would we do less than that after this big discovery?”
5) The company has no need for Capital in the next 3-4 months and CR will be done at a much higher Price (It is very disturbing and hurts to see this price but I remember from past conversation with Kell Nielsen in mid March(wasn’t too long ago hi (-: ) when the price was around 6-7c he told me that no CR will be made in this low prices and the parties that are interested will need to pay a much higher Price......Look at us today miserable 3.4 cents.
6) Overall the company was very positive, all directors have a lot of skin in the company(wood 35 mill for example),they are going to look after shareholders interests and hopefully when the global stock market will calm, and the jorc will be released, we will back to where we were all last year 8-12 c and then finance can be sorted.

P.s I think that the market is very vulnerable these days so any party that buys 5-8 millions shares on market and don’t get a CR cheap can scare and manipulate the price more and more down. They do this by selling with not much volume and observing by the market. But don’t lose faith; when someone decides its O.k. lets go up, you will see everyone chasing the share up with little volume like it’s the best thing since sliced bread(or maybe it’s just my wishful thinking)
