I would pose one question to DTE, and that is how DTE can expect to raise $150m on the Singapore Stock exchange whilst giving up only 30% of international assets, when DTE could be taken over entirely at a cost of around $170m?

Perhaps the shorters are trying to sabotage the Singapore listing?
