    I think it isthe latter fish. To me i think that he thinks the oppies are dead and buried and he is just trying to spark some interest. He would not be doing it for his own financial benefit as he has enouh fingers in the pie already. A measly 40 grand is nothing if he really thought this was going to fly.
    Just my own thoughts people.
