There is NO "take over" - There wont be a Take over in any reasonable time, say 18 months.
Now, You ask why, right - ok..... Management has simply opened the door for maybe JV, Merger etc to finance the production time frame and it has been stated that any decisions will be focussed on returning share holder value - there is no value for AMX to submit to a Take over and any aggressive, hostile attempt would be rejected out of hand.
Value is the key word - Value for AMPELLA share holders.
