So you're saying a LAMP complete announcement is impossible before the TOL is issued and concentrate has been shipped to Malaysia and tested? My understanding was it was just inside roads and landscaping to go and that equalled LAMP complete. Does anyone really know what constitutes 100% LAMP complete? Does the pre-commissioning have to be finished before they announce LAMP complete or can we expect an announcement like construction complete including inside roads and landscaping and now we've just gotta run it through its paces. Anyway, I've asked before and no-one seems to really know which is why a bit more communication from Lynas would be appreciated.
