I do not think its fair to moderate this post .
On a forum like this one should be allowed to express opinions and unfortunately re MAK, due to very bad management decisions, thé tune is negative and as a result, due to heavy financial impact on personal wealth/losses, it must be accepted to write your frustration here.
Its not just blah blah,but unfortunately an obvious reason, sad but true.
Moreover, from my own experience, letters to management with same content , are not responded, which make you even more angry.
Good faith is rewarded very badly.

Can only hope from here that it is true that Mr Lawrence, new CEO is indeed in Namibia and takes thé helmet.
One might expect that for twice thé salary of AD he will only make 50% of thé same mistakes, which is a big step forward from here for all of us.
