Agree. The fundamentals are intact. I'm continuing to accumulate cash to topup in ZYL. But I will continue to accumulate cash until (1) Finance has been confirmed & (2) The current farakas in Europe looks to have been stabilized.
When both (1) & (2) occur then i'll swoop up what is on offer.
