That's the problem - there are continuous disclosure requirements - but at the same time JV partners have a large degree of control over what level of information they are willing to share, for whatever reason - commercial imperatives, not wanting to attract unwelcome offers, etc

Regarding the CR, I did not get any details or specifics - I think it comes down to expedience - money needed to be raised quickly to take advantage of new opportunities - although the announcement suggests it is a bit of a catch all:

The facility will be used by the Company for general corporate purposes and working capital and to assist in the evaluation of advanced and producing opportunities both in and outside of South Africa.

Hopefully JB can explain why there was a need for this CR during his BRR interview.
