The markets are creating negative sentiment all round. That PRR is experiencing weakness on low volume is a positive imo. While the markets are in a bit of panic mode, I am thankful that PRR action is low volume activity rather than a large scale exodus. The vast majority of holders appear to be sitting awaiting company news and/or the markets to stabilise/improve.
