One of the best lessons you can learn about ASIC is they will not uphold the law. In other words incorporate regulatory risk into your investments, particularly at the junior end. I learned this the hard way via am investment in BRM. Hard lessons are not wasted providing you learn from them.
This is not in itself a bad thing, for you will need to place much greater due diligence on management quality.
