"I appreciate your email and your comments. As we have advised from time to time, we are working hard on our goal of putting together a replacement project of substance in one of the Asian countries, while we await progress on our claims against the Qld Govt.

As you will appreciate, court cases take time, particularly when there is a large amount of information to be collected and reviewed, and it is not possible to be precise about timing of hearings.

In relation to Asia we are extremely excited about the progress and potential. However we cannot be usefully specific until we have material items to announce to the market. You will have seen how little longer term effect on share prices announcements have that are not detailed about project progress.



Very little happens nowadays at the speed that small companies would like, and we are no different. Unfortunately most shareholders (and I have traded shares in the past) hope for good news regularly, however recovery from the devastation put on us two years ago has taken time. As with my correspondence with all shareholders such as yourself, I can only request patience (a hard ask sometimes) and assure you of our determination to succeed, which hopefully is appreciated.
