I reckon that P&G is the Beauty Care FMCG (with exclusivity rights) that was referred to in all 3 ann.

28/09/2010 - Strategic Alliance with Global FMCG
...that it had executed a letter of intent to establish a strategic alliance... OBJ will work exclusively with FMCG in specific product areas

25/10/2011 - JDA for Beauty care announced
.... has commenced negotiations with the Company for a Joint Development Agreement (JDA)... in the consumer health and beauty fields...this follows the successful completion of a year long technical evaluation announced in September 2010

18/05/2012 - Exclusivity JDA with P&G announced

This changes my thinking a little because I had been expected the beauty FMCG to be the first commercialistion ann.

Now I'm thinking that maybe it is back with GSK in the oral health area. Although I do note that GSK expanded their program with OBJ tech (per the last update) into a number of areas including pharmaceutical, and I'm assuming they can still release an oral health product and continue research in other areas.

I wonder if this JDA does trigger MS1 of the perf rights

"6 million performance rights to vest subject to the execution of an agreement to design and develop commercial product(s) utilising the Company’s technologies (Milestone 1);"

If so,

I expect that MS2 (which many postersincluding me expect to be affiliated with PNO's thermalife product) may be closer than I originally thought.
