I'm afraid you've wasted a lot of your time Blackstone because that simply can't be true.
The simple fact is that the federal government is incompetent. It struggled to put foam inside people's roofs properly. to believe it has the ability to organise and execute a sophisticated conspiracy to perfection (and then not have anyone talk about it) is simply fantasy.
