Maybe they will and with every 1% increase and they will have to come back to the market with another SSH. So we will know if they continue to accumulate.
1% = 1.7M shares and that will take a while to accumulate, unless they step up and grab that 1M parcel that keeps on popping up on the sell side.
Mind you they may go a little quicker in the tricky markets at present. Is a good time to soak up any weak sellers without having to chase them.
