cap raising

So when, dear fellow holders, do we expect an announcement regarding a cap raising?

Can't be too much cash on hand left, what with paying about 6 million or so for a drill bit that was probably manufactured in the back shed somewhere in Gujarat.

I was thinking of buying back in again at 10c, however the way the Greek Elections and Europe are shaping up, not to mention the pitiful state that the US is in and a slowing China, sentiment can only get worse.

I will wait for a soon to be announced cap raising by our 'Illustrious" management at about 12c, wait, then buy in under 10c.
