Hi Universal Trader Can you elaborate on the Land Tax being reduced , i have a company/ trust structure but was unaware of any land Tax reduction . Do you mean this can be done by having several of these structures or not letting the value of the assetts go over $650k or what ever the threshhold is before land tax kicks in.
