Bottom line is we aren't doing too well in court Jayson. We're not getting the access to documents that we need. Not such a clear cut case as you are trying to put across. We are only 21.5 cents for a reason.
How do you think our appeals will go? Do you really think they will over-ride Judge Mansfield's decisions?
