Easy they cant manage a piece of paper on time to budget - so how they will manage the delivery of a mine and railroad is probably beyond the markets comprehension.
After missing the PFS three times they go to the lengths of announcing a firm date to the market "4 to 6 weeks" if I recall it was with the rail PFS "soon". They then proceed to miss that.
Add in the China slow down.
Add in Mongolian risk which they mentioned to Reuters but have not announced to the market. Perhaps their shareholders would like to know...
Add in the Euro problem with all specs being dropped like hot potatoes.
And there we have it - another little wannabe Australian spec run by "might have done", "could have done", "should have done" management whose capabilities according to their resume's doesn't quite match reality.
