I've have never seen anything like the Vanmag transaction.

Offer, acceptance, payment - how hard could it be?

Makes you wonder what the true reason(s) are behind the failure to close.

I think at some stage Conti will need to come clean about this "transaction" to say that it is not proceeding. At least that way we can put it out of our minds!
