Prophet, I've made a few dodgey calls ( and who has'nt), but i think , as has been noted by another poster that the announcements are not going to be as in your face as before but more to do with quality than quantity, and yes this an RC strategy.

If you were to go back and look at say early announcements of other oilers in the shale, their reports have been much the same, investors baying for info on wells drilled, but its been similar in delivery of info from the companys.
Some put it down to keeping all the cards close to ones chest and not letting the competition know what you have as it would jack up the price of near by acerage.

I'm sure AKK managent want to succeed and bust some great announcements to the markets, its a Patience thing unfortunately we have a little bump in the road with the Euro stuff.
