facebook is a cheap as chips, page-92

Hi Jasonjeroo,
How can a company have a PE of 100, that is absolutely ridiculous. PE means the Share price/Earnings
So we are saying that at $38.00 the company is going to earn 0.38C per share in profit based on its likely revenue from advertising and games on the site when it has traditionally been a FREE. This places Facebook in direct competition with Google who have been doing this a lot longer and have first mover advantage.
So my question is what is Facebook really worth?
Obviously those in the know are selling now as they don't think it is worth $38.00.
