but if the enriching process will supply say 15% of the total USA U market, that leaves 85% from other sources.
the US currently imports, what is it 95% of what it needs, less the 15% generated from enrichment, still leaves 80% they have to find. i'm sure they'd rather find it "in house" than from o/s, seems to be an over reaction i think. besides, a bit of supply competition doesn't do any harm, especially if you're a low cost producer.
