That asside though, I doubt people cant afford property, even at current prices. People still have plenty of money to buy nice cars, clothes, food, travel and entertainment. I laugh how nearly every 'battler' story your hear or read about is some young couple complaining they cant afford a house in the northern beaches or inner city-wow who would have thougt that you cant buy the best straight up?
The market is quet though, and will get worse. But it will turn, always has always will...
