    BRR,

    I don't think the full capital plan is to be approved at the AGM, only the first installment by Luxinvest. I think the bigger plan goes to s/h later (July?).

    But the AGM will certainly be a defacto vote for the bigger deal.

    Maybe the other news comes before the big vote?
