The point is that this agreement is no guarantee of future success. In my view after reading the announcement a few times, and contemplating the subsequent lack of interest from investors, I don't believe much has changed other than they have been able to announce who the international conglomerate is. Technical evaluations continue to progress. No timeline has been given and no indication of any dollar figures (not that I'd expect any at this stage of proceedings).

If the global market sentiment was bullish I'd expect this announcement would have created a significant boost to the share price, but as it is, the shy investors need to know alot more detail to get interested. That was by the way 7 months between project-based announcements.

We continue to patiently wait.
