Like you, I believe that USA is not the magic bullet, but there are three things in its favour:
1/ we get a new CEO - stay on the ASX and I reckon PC will hang around and there is not enough interested voting power to discourage this
2/ it is better for us to be physically customer facing (customer being the US Govt and they are literally on Washington's doorstep)
3/ there is definitely more Health/Biotech savvy investors and funds in the US
On your 25% minority rules, the problem is apathy - I don't think you'd encourage enough people to vote 25% against.
For me, weighing it all up and USA is worth the punt - right now, at the current price, I believe its worth a punt. In fact, its a pretty bloody good bet at today's price! Good luck to those who have only just discovered BTA.
