In contrast to your opinion & relative to what Craig Thomson & Peter Slipper have been subjected to; IMO Labor has treaded very softly on Coalition MPs, reports in the media in relation to the Member for Indi have been afforded scant attention in Parliament for example.

Tony Abbott may however have opened Pandorra's Box & the gloves may well come off in the runup to the next election.

That might leave Abbott squirming & nodding a fair bit over the months ahead. His role in what happened to Pauline Hanson may even come back to haunt him.
