Correct me if im wrong but my understanding is the case 2moro is weather the motion has merits or not.Going by what we've all read & heard of late about MMK's debt issues they will prob find that it does.The real case is on the 30th.So i agree it should be in TH or suspension till the outcome of the 30th.But the incompetent in charge will let the SP rot & fester at the request of Victor.
