Remember some people hold the free options and haven;t purchased any more. In this instance i feel they would be reluctant to convert for 9 cents and immediately be out of pocket 1. Even with the offer of new options.
That's how I see it. Therefore PNX need to get a move on in increasing the share price if they want ALL to convert the options.
