In regards to the plant 100% complete ann this should of happened weeks ago.
Lynas said 5 weeks ago that it could start up within 3 weeks of when it received the TOL, This to me means the plant would have to be 100% complete now.
There should be NO DESCRETION when announcing price sensitive information but Lynas seems to be holding this info back till it suits them.
This Announcement officially makes the minister responsible for delaying production which is very significant development as it would put more pressure on the minister to make his decision.
Until this is announced it Lynas who is delaying production because they haven't completed the plant.
