I look at the UCL share price before the offer and see it dead as a maggot. I see it after and the project has life I'm not saying MAK didn't want to take over UCL I'm saying MAK wanted to get Sandpiper funded so they had a project producing pre-the big spend on Wonarah.

A lot of it depends on from what perspective things are viewed. I'm trying to view it from the perspective I have having attended AGM's of MAK. I never bought UCL shares though they have perfromed well recently. And you have bought some MAK?

P.S. Come to think of it I think AD told me intended to step down later, about (in December)the time existing Chairman of MAK was departing.

I would want to direcly or indirecly accuse anyone of lying. And the guy ofwhom you speak presumably an Office of UCL will state things his way. Especially in a takeover battle I'm comfortable with that. I didn't like some of the Defense statements of UCL either.

I'm happy we didn't get majorly diluted by UCL shares traded for MAK. I think the co's will learn to live with each other.
