    Yes. I'll have a look at the shorts - eventhough the published data can be unreliable. Although when global REE's popped on Monday I didn't notice much price or volume action on LYC to indicate short covering. I just wonder if all the money that has left has just tired of it. I think that the money that remains is very confident the project will go ahead in the near term, so, IMO, the share price doesn't factor in much of the political uncertainty - some of which will be removed when the TOL is issued, which then presumably forms the basis of expectations in share price rise.


    Just looking at NTU. Their REE's are bound in the mineral Xenotime. I don't know any other REE deposit with that ore type. Naturally, on that basis alone, they need to be ahead of the game with metallurgy. From an economic viewpoint, and if basket prices maintain relative trends, then it looks like NTU will be Ytrium + secondary HREE's, whereas PEK will be Nd/Eu + secondary LREE's.
