nice post jaeb ,so the increase in production would mean increase in royalties to the ALC correct?
The ntm sea tenements where not under native title so that would mean ntm does not need to pay royalties to the ALC, and that would explain why all the toys and dummy where thrown out of the cot.

i think the current Nt gov only have a job until august anyway.
