Now do shareholders understand why SDL has been trading at such a deep discount to the offer price for the past 12 months?
Looks like the market was right hence the discount, there's more chance of the tooth fairy existing than Hanlong stumping up with the $$$ for SDL.
12 months later and Hanlong still don't have the cash. If they did, this takeover would have been completed last December.
