    Buyers marginally outnumber sellers this morning which is a nice change.

    Previously commented PCL would begin its pre spud run after the 2nd tranche settles.
    Settlement should occur shortly after the shareholder meeting on Monday 28-05-12.

    Barring any market meltdown, I'd be very surprised if PCL sp cant at least recover to its CR price of 17.5c.
