akrotiri how wrong you are with that statement, the only reason, I will repeat that, the one and only reason you get so many people offside here is for one very simple reason..

Many of your posts that certainly do come across as very negative have no real substantive and objective reason for your beliefs, many and repeat again, many of your posts seem to consist of just your subjective viewpoint, with no real backup evidence, which is at odds with the way that many others here feel because of their own subjective viewpoint.

You would be more welcomed by many here if you just did one thing when posting, and that is whatever you say, positive or negative, at the very least provide some degree of evidence for what you are talking about, and that removes the belief held by many that you often are just bagging the crap out of the company for no reason other than your own belief. I am often in disbelief that a poster such as yourself can get so little response by way of TU from others here.

Everyone appreciates well researched posts be they either positive or negative, and I will say I believe many followers of GGP do appreciate a viewpoint that also draws attention to any aspects of the company's business that may be overlooked and may have a future impact on the SP in a negative way.

We all hold a bias, and there are many here who try to be aware when posting that they do provide a degree of backup reasoning and some kind of evidence.

Posts with negative as well as positive information ARE WELCOME, but do everyone a little service and make more of your posts objective with at least some evidence. :-)
