Martin was on his honeymoon till July20, away for a critical period given the work to be done. IMO a good thing to have handed over the reins to someone who as the new CEO will have the motivation/incentive to pursue the companies work at this critical stage. Im speculating that given his marital status and absence he decided it was time to hand over the operational reins and he will continue to oversee operations in his Board role. Of course this is just unsubstantiated speculation on my part and may be totally out of whack with the actual position.

In respect to MR selling shares while he remains on the Board as a non Executive director, he is required to disclose any transactions in respect to his shareholding.

If he or other Directors were to sell some of their holdings this would imo demolish any positive sentiment. For that reason alone I would expect/hope that this doesnt occur. Why would someone try to demolish their holdings value.

Every announcement so far has been full of promise and milestones achieved so I would not expect MR to go against that promise and achievement. There are always risks in the market and each of us needs to do our own research and weigh up those risks against perception of potential reward. We are accountable to ourselves for our decisions and no-one else can decide for us. Thats how I approach share transactions.

In PRRs case its a stock family has held for some time and other than the current sp lol we have been very happy with the progress made. However, many risks are there and should not be overlooked, but we have decided to stay in the game at least until some of the more defining trial results are out eg phase2b. Unless in the meantime some other factor comes into play we will review our position at that time.
