The big producers rallied very hard in the last week overseas , not to mention an outperformance in the junior sector (by a small margin)
These gains , if they continue , will filter down to explorer/developers sooner rather than later. But the value is in the producers right now given the divvies and low valuations. but soon the gains will filter down as the producers become overbought, the juniors will start getting some attention...
Throw a bit of corporate activity into the sector (larger size deals are on the cards) and the junior gold space could really start popping higher.
Then ...throw in a QE3 later this year into the mix , and you've got yourself a major bull rally on the cards in the junior space.
