Thanks to the independent expert, 4.165m rights were traded, 1.1m today.

It's been a nice way to get some volume. Likely these would otherwise have lapsed and been exercise by Torchlight. My guess is that Torchlight will end up owning about 28% of IEF, provided the big boys take up their entitlements.

Forgot to mention b4 that the Borg Fund (Aurora Funds Mgmt) also owns 19.99%.
