re: Ann: Processing Plant Design Finalised fo... Good on you dw101, it is very reasonable to think that way
Capital raising is the medicine that nobody likes, me included, I personally sold after the last raising was announced and bought back in when the price went back to the raising price as it almost always does, I explained this at the time on these threads.
To the management credit though, the last announcement that brought the very big news, the off Take Agreement, is the same announcement that mentioned the raising, so there was no pre pumping, there was no leaks etc. it left everyone in a level playing field. We knew of the off take news and we knew of the placement in the same ann. and i respected the management for that. because if there was any ulterior motives they would have let the price run first, get the "few in the know" to make a coin by selling high then hit the average Joe with the bad bits later. and how many times have I seen this happen in this market.
Not saying it won't happen for sure, but after reading the last ann it is clear the deal is around the corner, so this gives us hope that we won't be needing a raising so soon, but we will see.
While I knowledge they are low on cash right now, I think they can keep going for a couple more months.
In any case, good luck, and good on you for being cautious. there will be many runs to come if this business plan is achieved, so it will never be too late.
