Asked him to have a look at the plans for this plant and how long it would take.

I have asked him if he could give more details, so will let you know. 3-4 months looks extremely optimistic.

Nov is the start of the wet season, and as anybody with half a clue knows, earth and major project works can not be done in the wet.

What is the time frame for the long lead time equipment once paid for.
