Didn't like the buyout offer, and didn't think much of the last raising either to be honest.

Too many times, people see any criticism of mgmt as an attack. The all too common response is "If you don't like the mgmt, then sell out and don't invest". IMO that is a pissweak argument. I may not always like mgmt decisions and actions, but you don't always invest in mgmt. Sometimes you invest for some other fundamental reason, like the plots of land they are in possession of, for example.

FWIW, I think overall mgmt doing a good job. Hard to argue with the value that has been added.
