Hiran there was some time after the failed SPP which was run for sometime for the Company to consider raising capital in a rights issue or the like rather than sign in to the Bergen facility. The Company stated that it was a good deal and others strongly reiterated the praise of the Bergen deal. It is not argued whether or not the Company needed capital. It clearly did need capital. It is simply that the Bergen deal was not a "good deal" and the SP shows that and while it is still to be utilised the SP will continue to go south IMO without positive news. If they now need to repay $500,000 (as inferred in the recent 3B - due 31/5) then how are they going to do that without placing more stock to Bergen which will only continue to put downward pressure on the SP. But the question remains how much further south can it go? But DYOR.
