That's right,Aksier.The 6 mil was bought in late 2010 for approx 17 cents/share. Another 3 mil odd was bought recently for 34 cents and these were sold for 38 cents.
Looking at Hudson HRS notices it is only AXE that has been sold to finance shimmer's "other venture". Now we come to the resignation of the Hudson insisted upon Directors.Obviously Hudson were serious in investing in AXE yet just as AXE shapes up in the Graphite Sector? Hudson quits.
It could be that Hudson was disappointed in the outright sale of that tenement to BHP instead of a BHP JV.I mean Hudson could have seen this tenement as a Plum,something to have a substasntial holding in and the sale and change of emphasis to Graphite might not have suited Hudson Investment Plans.
Why? because a JV with BHP would probably have meant minimal further Investment by Hudson to maintain it's substantial holding while Graphite done Stand Alone will require...what is the capex? $70mil odd for a processing plant? something like that.
Anyhow it's all in who was the Buyer[s] of the Hudson Parcel.It's something like 3.5 mil for a reportable 5% sub hold and we can await chimera hopefully getting an up date Top 20 changes.However the 3 mil sale at 38 cents from memory caused Not a ripple in the Top 20.Seems it all got distributed Retail.
Chimera check for Hudson Associates also divesting as well as new entrants.
