The way I read the announcement, CSE have only entered into a 'conditional term sheet'. This is a non-binding agreement and subject to conditions precedent. I guess the market is speculating that with SYRs current price rise CSE are in a pretty good position to re-negotiate the deal (if that is possible) and reduce dilution for holders.. There has been massive volume over last few days so i assume i'm not the only one thinking this..
Anyway, just wait and see I guess but I'm sure management are very well aware of ensuring the best 'deal terms' for all holders..
